She's probably not feeling up to watching it now and I wouldn't want to cause her anymore pain that what she's experiencing. I haven't been sleeping... like, hardly at all. We are going through a period of "wait" -- know what I mean? You know God is going to do something... so, you wait for it... and wait... and wait. His timing is so much better than mine, so I know it is worth the wait. Still, I'm weak and I grow weary.

My DH & I were so blessed to be able to attend an appreciation dinner for Pastors & their wives hosted by Focus on the Family. This video clip was a special little "gift" to the pastor's wives. It was so much fun to laugh with all of them! (Oh, and it was all FREE... how cool is that?) I'll have to blog about it later because Gidget's birthday is tomorrow and I'm so not ready for it...

This has been a really looooooooooong week. It started out with a great appointment with my MS doctor. Then I spent several days answering a young lady's questions about why God allows so much pain and sorrow if He truly loves us. Then, it ended with lots of tears because I'm missing my Dad. It's been 4 years as of Friday.

I think I should stop thinking of it in terms of how long he's been gone, but rather how long it's taking for Christ to return and get us so we can be reunited again.
